During the summer of 2021, the Environment Agency worked in collaboration with Water UK and Ofwat to look at Risk Management Authority contributions towards the production of DWMPs.

Occasional Guidance Note: The Classification & Management of Confined Space Entries (2019)
The Energy and Utility Skills Council (EUSC) have developed National Occupational Standards (NOS) for entry into confined spaces. The Water industry has produced this Occasional Guidance Note (OGN) to record a number of risk assessment and control measures including these in support the use of these competency standards.

Re-municipalisation of water utilities
There has been significant recent debate about the extent of private sector involvement in the delivery of water and wastewater services. Part of the debate has considered international examples, where the extent of private sector participation has significantly changed, and the impact this has had on service levels. This paper and fact sheet considers four such examples: Eau de Paris (Paris Water), Berliner Wasserbetriebe (Berlin Water Works), the Atlanta Department of Watershed Management, and Budapest Waterworks.
